Michelle Phipps, Lakeland College, Sr, S, Howards Grove, WI
Phipps has averaged over 35 assists in her last 3 conference games to lead Lakeland to a share of second place and a current eleven match victory streak.

Mary Schmirler, MSOE, Jr, MH, Brown Deer, WI
In her last 15 LMC games, Schmirler has tallied 39 kills, 56 digs, 8 aces, and 7 blocks. She has a 24% assists ratio, 88% service reception percentage (5.6/game), and she is serving at an 89% accuracy clip.

October 11, 1993 (week #2)
Paula Stelter, Wisconsin Lutheran College, Sr, MH, Two Rivers, WI
In her 15 most recent LMC games, Paula had 55 kills (3.67/game), 64 digs (4.27/gm), and 30 blocks (2.0/gm) to lead WI Lutheran to wins over MSOE, Marian, and Maranatha Baptist. She also compiled a .927 serve percentage.

Dawn Schmelzer, Lakeland College, Sr, H, Sturgeon Bay, WI
In 19 conference games Dawn has tallied 50 kills, 12 aces, and an amazing 40 blocks to help Lakeland College to a 3-2 start in the LMC. The Muskies are also in the midst of a seven match win streak due largely to the play of Dawn.
