Rechlicz earned medalist honors on the Edgewood College Eagle
Classic this past Thursday, carding a 78, to win her third
LMC-sanctioned event this season. The Eagles won the event, to stay
undefeated in conference-sanctioned meets this season.

Rechlicz scored her fifth consecutive top-5 finish of the season at the
Concordia Invitational on September 21. Rechlicz shot an 85 to claim medalist
honors, and won her second LMC-sanctioned event of the season. The Eagles shot a
359 to take first place over second place Lakeland (466).

Rechlicz helped the Eagles win both the Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational
and the Clarke College Invitational last week. Rechlicz claimed medalist honors
at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invitational, a Lake Michigan Conference sanctioned
meet, with an 81, 12 strokes better than teammate and runner-up Kaitlyn Herzog.
Rechlicz then finished second at the Clarke Invitational with an 87, which was
two strokes off the individual leader, LeeAnn Austinson of UW-Platteville.

Commons took individual medalist honors at the Marian College
Invite, the first Lake Michigan Conference sanctioned meet of the
year. Commons shot an 82, which tied Edgewood's Taryn Rechlicz, but
won medalist honors in a tie-breaker. The Falcons finished third in
the six-team event.

Rechlicz finished tied for 12th at the Augustana Fall Classic on September 1,
just nine shots off medalist Carey Cappel of Illinois College. Rechlicz shot an
11-over, 83, in the one-day event.
